1, Prepare the sous vide machine and reheat it to the temperature what you need for cooking.
2,Season the steak with your favorite seasonings.Make sure to get the edges as well!
3, Put the seasoned steak into the bag, vacuum and seal it by a vacuum sealer. Eastar provides the vacuum sealer machine and bags as well.
4, Put the sealed bag into the sous vide pot, set up the cooking time on the sous vide cooker and start to cook.
5, When the sous vide cooking finishes, remove the steak from the bag, and make it dry especially the both edges.
6, Steak cooked sous vide completely will not have any browning on its surface, so it must be added afterward for improved flavor and texture. Choose the pan cook or grill according to your favorite taste.
